Meet The Team
Varsha Shailendran
Varsha is our practice coordinator. Varsha holds a degree in accounting and management and joined Insight Orthodontics after working for several years in the education and retail sectors. She also has a dental technology diploma and is very interested in digital orthodontics. She oversees everyday activities and focuses on providing you with the best payment solutions and experience for our patients. Varsha has seen the transformation of patients treated by her hubby (Dr Arun Shailendran), which sparked her interest in joining as a Team member at Insight orthodontics.
Varsha is down-to-earth, gentle, and loved by all. She is very professional and assists Dr Shailendran in delivering quality results and experience at Insight Orthodontics. When not working, Varsha can be seen painting (she is an outstanding artist!), cooking, spending time with family and above all, playing with Benji (A cutie miniature schnauzer!).
Nykala
Kris
Kris is an orthodontic assistant at Insight. She has worked in the orthodontic industry since 2017 and looks forward to learning more about digital orthodontics with Dr Arun. Her favourite part of the job is witnessing patients gain confidence from their new smiles.
Kris is married with three children and a boxer dog. She loves food – both cooking and eating. In her spare time, she likes to read (particularly historical fiction), spend time with family and friends, and be near the water.
